Mik Artistik’s Ego Trip

8pm

“My favourite song of the last decade… because it’s human, it’s real and it has soul.” — Iggy Pop

Wildly original, gloriously unpredictable, and impossible to pigeonhole, Mik Artistik’s Ego Trip are one of the UK’s most beloved underground live acts. For many years they were a Glastonbury tradition, drawing crowds who wouldn’t dream of starting their festival without witnessing Mik’s riotous sets at the Croissant Neuf Bandstand or the Rocket Lounge—performances that have become part of Glastonbury folklore.

At the heart of it all is Mik himself—part punk-poet, part surreal philosopher, part stand-up comic—fixing the audience with his compelling stare before launching into improvised tales, spoken-word detours, spontaneous tangents, and moments of both hilarity and tenderness. Every show feels handcrafted for the people in the room, full of unpredictable interaction, surreal humour, and the occasional burst of unexpected interpretive dancing that leave audiences roaring with laughter.

This unique performance energy is powered by the razor-sharp musicianship of Jonny Flockton and a rotating cast of superb bass players, weaving together rock, soul, funk, cosmic country, and DIY punk spirit into a sound entirely their own.

Their fan base spans generations—anyone who loves clever lyrics, fearless live performance, and gigs that feel alive. Champions at BBC 6Music, they’ve earned high praise from Tom Robinson, Chris Hawkins and Gideon Coe, who called them “the best live band I’ve seen all summer.”

“What would life be for me without Mik Artistik? Well smaller and not as much fun.” — Iggy Pop

Rachel Sermanni Live in the Garden

6pm
Join Rachel Sermanni on an enchanting tour of the outdoors this summer, performing in settings that celebrate the beauty of nature and community. From vibrant festival stages to docklands and piers, woodland tranquility, unique urban gardens, and sustainable Earthship spaces, each stop offers an intimate listening experience in unforgettable surroundings. This is an outdoor event. If the forecast is bad, the performance will move into the main venue but please come prepared with weather-appropriate clothing.
Rachel Sermanni is a Scottish based singer/songwriter that makes the mundane moments mystical: shock-positive pregnancy tests in train-station toilets, coffee machine breakages, cold river swims, the regret of not saying ‘I love You', the moon & how it pulls, bare feet on wood floors, the soft glow of a house plant, ‘what even is consciousness?’, strange dreams lingering in quiet mornings…   She brims with dreamy indie-folk pop that speaks of the struggle and desire to Flow, to love, to live, to feel. Sometimes, her songs speak of the rare moments of quiet-still, found in the midst of this struggle & desire. Rachel’s most recent offering is her 4th studio album : Dreamer Awake. An in depth assortment of playful and candid vignettes, peeping into life: after birth, after separation and in the wake of recognising the internalised conditionings of patriarchy. She seeks to be honest with herself and her environment. She seeks to express from this raw place. She seeks to speak from the descent, the plateaus, the dream-catchings and contemplations of womanhood. There are no conclusions to be drawn. It is a call to arms, of sorts, to wake up and dream the future, to dismiss the external for a minute and tend to the inner landscape of heart and mind. To not be distracted. To focus on the light and the shadow in equal measure. Since the release of Dreamer Awake, Rachel has become a mother for the second time and continues to explore this experience while offering her songs and also her insights into creativity.
“An album that explores womanhood, romantic pain and loss, and finds lasting beauty”
 - MOJO

spare, spectral, intimate music that highlights the powers of Sermanni’s expressive vocals, lifting the veil between worlds of dream, myth and experience, and turning them into spell songs to affect change.”

Emily Portman & Friends

6pm Doors   7pm performance
Emily Portman is an award-winning singer and songwriter with a passion for traditional songs, hailed as “one of the new British folk scene’s most beguiling presences” (Uncut). She has toured widely for over 15 years as a bandleader, with The Furrow Collective, the folk chart-topping Sea Song Sessions, and in a duo with Leveret’s Rob Harbron. Emily was awarded a BBC Folk Award for Best Original Song and has released three critically acclaimed albums of original material that recast old ballads and fairytales into new shapes.
In 2026, Emily returns to the road with an inspired new live show previewing songs from her forthcoming solo album, Dominion of Spells, released in May 2026, alongside selected material from across her acclaimed catalogue.
Dominion of Spells marks a bold new chapter in Emily’s songwriting. Drawing on ballads and folktales, the album weaves lived experience with rich mythic imagery, charting a journey through dark woods at midlife in search of transformation and wonder. Shape-shifting selkies, fairy queens, foxes, and owl goddesses thread through contemporary story-songs exploring parenthood, home, burnout, grief, and the transformative power of creativity.
The new songs are brought vividly to life with a fresh live line-up featuring sought-after guitarist Louis Campbell and acclaimed cellist Lucy Revis (Before Breakfast). Together they create a richly layered yet understated sound world, with Emily’s luminous vocals, banjo, and piano at the centre, woven through crystalline harmonies, lush strings, and interweaving electric and acoustic guitars.

Tallulah Rendall - Only Human Tour

Doors 7.30

ONLY HUMAN is more than an album — it’s an immersive companion exploring what it means to live with an open heart in a complex world.

Tallulah Rendall’s seventh album, HUMAN, is a raw and cinematic exploration of what it means to live with an open heart in a world that often rewards disconnection. Blending alt-pop, electronic textures, and organic instrumentation, the album chronicles her journey from shame and a lack of self belief to self-acceptance and love; a deeply personal yet universal reflection on the courage to be human.” A love letter to the messy beauty of existence — to falling, breaking, healing, and rising again. Each song is a prayer, a confession, a reclamation of self. It’s an album about remembering who we are beneath the noise; raw, imperfect, and profoundly alive.

Tallulah's performance includes Ben Roberts (cello & vocals), Sam Walker (drums & vocals), Steffanie Kelly (piano & vocals), David Curtis (double bass)

'A soaring and mesmerising vocal presence' James Blake

A thing of Beauty. A work of Genius. Clash Magazine

The Undercover Hippy

Doors 7pm
This October, The Undercover Hippy are on tour once again, promoting the release of their new single “Nothing To See Here”. As always, the band use their music to draw attention to the issues that those in power would rather you ignored. But ignorance is no longer an option. Everyone is in this together and we will all pay the price of choosing to look away. So let’s gather together once again, join our voices in unison, bounce our bodies around to the beat for no explicable reason, and celebrate the joy of existence, whilst also drawing strength for the battle ahead. Because they might stop a single man… but they can’t stop the tide.
If you’ve not been to an Undercover Hippy gig before, you are in for a treat. By the encore you will be exalted and exhausted; entertained and educated; energised and inspired. The music combines meaningful lyrics with upbeat, bass soaked, reggae and hip-hop infused rhythms, bringing like minded people together to both acknowledge the darkness and celebrate life.
“I don’t think there’s anything quite like The Undercover Hippy... It’s truly unique, fun, and powerful, with darkly satirical lyrics in equal amounts set to a reggae beat that’s simply infectious… this has been one of the THE most enjoyable shows I’ve been to in years” Live Wire Music

“A brilliantly fun experience, delivered by a bunch of lads who love their art.” Outline Magazine

“The Undercover Hippy is one of those rare artists that leave you with a totally different perspective of the world. ” The Grapeline Live
